Using the system has certainly saved us a great deal of money and the controls afforded by Nexion have been very beneficial to the management of our accounts.We have noticed that in our practice the use of credit cards for payment has been steadily increasing over the years so that now we bank about 70% of our income through credit card payments. We have placed our labs on Nexion as well and patients now pay them directly through your machines, this alone saves us about R1500 to R2000 per month in credit card commissions on lab fees.
We have found the system easy to use and are delighted with the results. Once patient details are entered in this system, Nexion prompts the operator to swipe the credit card, and prints a receipt on payment being accepted automatically which saves a lot of time.
